A blend of local grapes, Arinto and Bical, cultivated in clay limestone soils. After harvesting the
grapes are pressed and fermented. The base wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless
steel (Charmat method).
Fresh aromas of citrus with floral hints and a hint of brioche. Lemon citrus and apple characters on the
lightly creamy palate with bright balancing acidity.
