This vineyard in Agter Paarl is planted with each of the varietals in rows and harvested over a period of 2 days with grapes reaching ripeness together. All grapes are then co-fermented and aged in used French oak for 9 months.
Typically ripe tropical and apple notes are complemented with bright and crisp acidity. The wine is generous in texture and fruit character and although it will age gracefully thanks to its structure it has been made to be immediately drinkable in its relative youth.
