A delightfully fresh and aromatic Henners sparkling wine. Concentrated nose with frangipane, green apple and pear with subtle bready characteristics. The palate is zesty with crisp apple and lime fruit with a fine and persistent mousse. The finish is long and very elegant with beautifully poised acidity.
