A very new take on wine from a traditional region - this 100% Cabernet Franc has been aged in clay amphora to retain fresh, leafy bramble fruit flavours.
The Cabernet Franc grapes are sourced from the terraces and southern hillsides of the Mangot estate in Saint Étienne de Lisse.
Aromas of red cherry with lightly peppery, herbal notes. The palate has fresh acidity, red berry and gently savoury characters.
