Gavroche Blanc is a blanc de noirs using a blend of Cinsault Noir and Muscat from 10-year-old vines grown on rolled pebbles from the Durance river valley. Grapes are kept cool before vinification, which is carried out at a low temperature, and the must is then cooled to facilitate a natural clarification. Maturation on the lees also occurs to allow the wine to develop a full fruit expression that is pure and crunchy.
This wine has floral notes on the nose with hints of raspberry and peach on the palate. The cool vinification process has created a beautiful freshness to the wine, and vibrant acidity keeps it lifted and juicy. A bright, crisp wine to be enjoyed with friends.
