Located just to the south-west of Lalande-de-Pomerol and Lussac Saint-Emilion, Château Dallau is situated in the commune of Saint Denis de Pile and is the home of Yvette Bertin.
A wonderful deep inky red glass of wine. The predominance of Merlot shows here, with ripe plum and red cherry aromas, a touch of freshly sharpened pencil and a hint of Cabernet Franc's "forest floor" character. The palate is full bodied with a richness lent by oak, firm tannins, finishing with warm spice.
