New Vintages Tasting

We are back!
In the world of wine we delight in the New Vintages as they arrive and this is the time of the year they start to appear signalling the arrival of Spring. All the winemakers hard work and careful preparation is laid bare to the scrutiny of the paying public!

Paul will be showing New vintages of his personal favourites and will be making a few comparisons in what is termed vertical tastings. Identical wines of consecutive vintages, this will show how nature affects the natural product of wine. Click here to secure your tickets.

October 19th Tasting: Wines from Waterkloof, South Africa.

This will be presented by Louis Boutinot, longtime global evangelist for this industry-leading, enviro-conscious and very classy winery.

Waterkloof is an independent, organic and regenerative wine estate owned by former sommelier, wine importer and French wine producer Paul Boutinot.

This stellar estate, situated a stones-throw from Cape Town and its wild, windswept Atlantic Ocean coastline, has somehow managed to attain the largest number of features of any wine producer, not only in Decanter's Weekday Wine Section (Decanter is the UK's most subscribed hard-copy wine publication), but also in Jancis Robinson MW's 'Wine of The Week' page on the UK's most subscribed wine website jancisrobinson.com (Jancis is Financial Times wine writer and a wine advisor for The Royal Family).

Louis Boutinot (Paul's son) will be here with stories and insight a plenty, all served alongside a selection of fine, distinctive, food-friendly wines handcrafted in tiny quantities by talented young winemaker Nadia Langenegger and her team at Waterkloof.
