Pinot Noir, El Infiernillo Single Vineyard

Smokey raspberry and red cherry fruit lifts effortlessly out of the glass. The palate is rich yet delicate with plenty of crunchy red berry fruits and a supple finish. This is a wine which has plenty of hand crafted charm.

FOOD MATCH : Goose and duck immediately spring to mind... but also great with mushroom based dishes, BBQ meats and foie gras.
